1. The collapse of, the overturning of, or the failure of any load bearing part of— (a) any lift, hoist, crane, derrick or mobile powered access platform, but not any winch, teagle, pulley block, gin wheel, transporter or runway; (b) any excavator; or (c) any pile driving frame or rig having an overall height, when operating, of more than 7 metres.
