12. Heads of Divisions and Institutes
(1) The Board shall, on the recommendation of the Human Resource Committee, appoint Heads of Divisions and Institutes on such terms and conditions as it
thinks fit.
(2) The duties of the Heads shall be determined by the Board.
(3) In the absence of Heads of Divisions or Institutes, the Board may appoint
suitable persons to act as Heads of Divisions or Institutes on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board.
