32. Marinas or other related land or water shoreline facilities that moor,
park or store vessels, excluding rowing boats, dinghies or other small craft, at
fixed or floating berths, at freestanding moorings, alongside jetties or pontoons,
within dry storage stacks or on cradles on hardstand areas.
