5. Election
(1) The election of the members shall be conducted under the supervision
of the supervising officer or his representative.
(2) The supervising officer shall forthwith submit to the Minister the results
of the election.
(3) The Minister shall, within 21 days of receipt of the results of the election, publish in the Gazette the composition of the Council.
