13. Renunciation (whether pure and simple or not) or cancellation (whether
unilateral or not) of a promise to transfer or to acquire or of an option given to
transfer or to acquire immovable property where the consideration or declared open
market value of the property in the promise or option does not exceed 100,000
rupees and where no proportional duty has been levied on the promise or option.
