34. (a) Subject to paragraph (b), any document witnessing a transfer at a
nominal price of one rupee to an association syndicale set up in accordance with
articles 664-95 and 664-96 of the Code Civil Mauricien, in respect of an area
occupied by common amenities in morcellement.
(b) The fixed duty shall be payable in respect of every lot in the morcellement.
