20. Notice of questions
(1) Notice of questions given in writing and signed by the Member may be
handed to the Clerk at any time when the Assembly is sitting or may be sent to
or left at his office not less than 4 working days before the sitting.
(2) All questions of which notice has been received by the Clerk within the
time prescribed in paragraph (1) of this Order shall, unless the Chairperson rules
the question out of order, be placed on the Order Paper.
(3) Notice of questions shall indicate the precise subject on which information is sought.
