29. Withdrawal of motions
(1) (a) A Member may, by leave of the Assembly, withdraw a motion in respect of which a question has been proposed if there is no dissentient voice.
(b) Where an amendment has been proposed, the original motion shall not
be withdrawn until the amendment has been disposed of.

(2) A motion which has been withdrawn by leave of the Assembly may be
made again on notice given, provided that a Private Member’s Motion order of
priority shall again be subject to ballot.
