4. Oath of Allegiance
(1) No Member shall take part in the proceedings of the Assembly, other
than proceedings necessary for the purposes of this Order, until he has made and
subscribed the Oath prescribed in the First Schedule to the Act.
(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1) of this Order, instead of taking the
oath any person may make an affirmation or a declaration in like terms.
