57. Reporting of Bills from Committee of whole Assembly
Every Committee of the whole Assembly shall proceed to consider the Bill or
Bills referred to it. The Chairperson shall report every Bill which the Committee
has ordered to be reported, with or without amendment as the case may be,
and, if so ordered, shall also report progress.
