34. Announcement of costs of sale
(1) The amount of the taxed costs of sale shall be—
(a) announced publicly on the day of adjudication before the
opening of the biddings; and
(b) specified in the judgment of the adjudication.
(2) No sum, other than the amount of the taxed costs of sale, shall be
claimable or allowed.
