1. (1) All necessary permits and clearances from the relevant authorities,
including Building and Land Use Permit, Tourist Enterprise Licence, Environment
Impact Assessment (EIA)/ Preliminary Environmental Report (PER), if applicable,
shall be obtained and all conditions attached therewith shall be scrupulously observed.
(2) A copy of all permits and clearances obtained shall be submitted to the
Conservator of Forests.
