4. (1) The lessor may authorise the lessee to carry out any prescribed eco-tourism
activity on the land subject to payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
(2) The lessee shall comply with the general conditions specified in the annex
and such other conditions as the lessor may determine for the purposes of carrying
eco-tourism activities on the land.
