1. Inmate’s Allowance—
(a) for every inmate under the age of 60 .............. 210 per day
(b) for every inmate aged not less than 60 nor 235 per day
more than 90 years .......................................
(c) for every inmate aged not less than 90 nor 600 per day
more than 100 years .....................................
(d) for every inmate aged 100 and over ................ 620 per day
