4. Cases of indiscipline (1) Any case of misconduct by members of a sports club of a sports region shall be referred to the Managing Committee of the National Sports Federation. (2) Any member against whom disciplinary action is taken by the National Sports Federation may appeal to the General Assembly of the National Sports Federation. (3) Notification of such appeal shall be made by registered letter within 15 days of the date of receipt of the decision of the Managing Committee of the National Sports Federation. (4) The secretary of the National Sports Federation shall convene the General Assembly of the National Sports Federation within 30 days from the date of receipt of the appeal from any member.
