1. For the purposes of this Part, the annual rental shall—
(a) in respect of that portion of the land which is situated within 81.21
metres from the high water mark, be as specified in the above table;
(b) in respect of that portion of the land which is situated beyond 81.21
metres from the high water mark, be reduced by 25 per cent.
