1. Notwithstanding Part II and Part III, the annual rental in respect of islets and
other State lands under restricted development shall be calculated in accordance
with—
(a) the table set out in Part II; or
(b) paragraph 1 (a) or (b) and (c) of Part III,
as the case may be, but subject to adjustment and reduction in accordance with
the following table—
