10. Non acceptance of offer of VRS or ERS
A copy of all documents relating to the refusal of a VRS or an ERS by an
employee or a worker shall, not later than 30 days of any such refusal, be submitted to the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority by the planter, miller or service
provider, as the case may be.
