2. A permanent garden includes—
(a) a green house, hydroponic installations, shade houses, highly intensive or automated irrigation areas and other related installations
where the plants at paragraph 1 above are cultivated;
(b) a shed for the production of comestible mushrooms; and
(c) surfaces devoted to intensive aquaculture.
