6. Training Scheme
The planter, miller, service provider or any other relevant company undertaking a VRS or an ERS shall dispense, where a worker or employee has signified his
acceptance in writing in respect of an offer for a VRS or an ERS, a training
scheme, in collaboration with the Mauritius Cane Industry Authority, to the
worker or employee 2 months prior to the voluntary termination of his contract of
employment.
