8. Guarantees to heirs in specified cases
Where any employee specified in paragraph 3 (a) and (b) passes away or
where any employee passes away between the time a request for a VRS or an
ERS is made to the Minister and the request is approved by the Minister, the
benefits accruing, after deduction of any death gratuity paid or payable, shall be
paid to the heirs.
