33. Seal of Université des Mascareignes
The Université des Mascareignes shall have a seal which shall—
(a) be kept in such custody as the Council may direct and be used
only with the approval of the Council;
(b) be judicially noticed by every Court and, unless the contrary is
proved, be presumed to have been duly affixed to any document
of the Université des Mascareignes.
