13. Manager of Consultancy and Technology Transfer
(1) The Board shall appoint a Manager of Consultancy and Technology
Transfer on the recommendation of the Staff Committee on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit.
(2) The duties of the Manager of Consultancy and Technology Transfer
shall be to—
(a) implement and assist in the development of the consultancy and
technology transfer policy of the University of Technology;
(b) work closely with the academic and other units for the marketing of
the skills and expertise of the University of Technology; and
(c) communicate the skills and expertise of the University of Technology
to industry, commerce and public sector agencies.
