15. Association of students
(1) Where the students wish to form an association which is to be recognised
by the Board as representative of their interests, they shall be required to forward
to the Board a copy of the proposed rules of the association for approval.
(2) Where any rules referred to in subparagraph (1) have been approved,
every amendment shall also be required to be forwarded to the Board for approval.
