13. Any person having obtained a letter Construction of a purpose-built building
of intent to be licensed as— for a private hospital, nursing home or
residential care home
(a) a private hospital under the
Private Health Institutions Act;
(b) a nursing home under the Private Health Institutions Act
holding a licence for residential
care home under the Residential Care Homes Act; or
(c) a residential care home under
the Residential Care Homes
Act,
registered under the Economic
Development Board Act
