43. This Part shall not apply to any member of any Disciplined Force in respect of whom the Commission’s powers of discipline or removal from office
have been delegated to any responsible officer or any other officer by directions under section 91 (2) of the Constitution, except in so far as may be
required by such directions or as provided in regulation 42.
