65. Deprivation of property – Failure to renew inscription of a charge – Acquired right—The appellant’s inscription of a charge in respect of a loan had
not been renewed in time in accordance with the Finance Act 1990.
HELD the inscription had lapsed and lost its priority and the Act had not
