109. Collective agreements may also cover such matters as—
(a) techniques for determining levels of performance and job grading,
such as work measurement and job evaluation;
(b) procedures for handling redundancy and temporary lay-offs; and
(c) the deduction by management of trade union dues from the pay of
members.
