18. (1) In any conciliation or mediation proceedings at the Commission, a party
to a labour dispute may, in the case of a worker, be assisted by a co-worker or
by an officer of the trade union of workers or a negotiator or in the case of management, by a representative of management or by such other persons at the
discretion of the Commission.
(2) In any proceedings before the Tribunal, a party to a dispute may be
assisted or represented by a law practitioner or an officer of his trade union or by
such other persons at the discretion of the Tribunal.
