46. Employment policies shall be positive to—
(a) avoid discrimination of any kind as to occupation, age, marital status,
sex, sexual orientation, colour, race, religion, HIV status, national extraction, social origin, political opinion or affiliation; and
(b) promote equal opportunity in employment.
