74. Consultation means jointly examining and discussing problems of concern to both management and workers. Consultation between management and
workers or their trade union representatives about operational and other day-today matters is necessary in all establishments, whatever their size. Large establishments shall have systematic arrangements for management and trade union
representatives to meet regularly.
