1. There shall be paid to the Registrar—
(a) in respect of the matters set out in the second column of Part I of
this Schedule, the fee specified in the third or fourth column of the
Schedule, as the case may be;
(b) in respect of the matters set out in the second column of Part II of
this Schedule, the fee specified in the third column of the Schedule.
