2. (1) The fee payable in respect of every subsequent year, as specified in Part I
of this Schedule, shall be paid—
(a) not later than 20 January in that year; and
(b) so long as the Foundation remains registered with the Registrar.
(2) For the purpose of paragraph (1)—
“year” includes part of a year.
