Section 12: Annual report

12. Annual report (1) The Board shall, not later than 6 months after the close of every financial year, cause to be published a report of the activities of the Authority together with its audited accounts in respect of the previous financial year. (2) The Board shall forward a copy of the report referred to in subsection (1) to the Minister. G2 – 15 [Issue 9] Gambling Regulatory Authority Act (3) The Board shall furnish to the Minister such information with respect to the activities of the Authority, in such manner and at such time, as the Minister may specify. (4) The Minister shall, at the earliest available opportunity, lay a copy of the annual report and audited accounts of the Authority before the National Assembly. PART III – ADMINISTRATION
