11D. GRA Secretariat
(1) There shall be a GRA Secretariat which shall,
in consultation with the Chief Executive, be responsible to
service and support the Board, the Responsible Gambling
Board and any Committee in their operational duties, and for
that purpose shall –
(a) organise and attend every meeting of the
respective Board or Committee;
(b) prepare agendas and discussion papers of
the respective Board or Committee;
(c) take and distribute minutes of proceedings
of the respective Board or Committee;

(d) translate policy decisions of the respective
Board into actionable plans;
(e) monitor progress on action items; and
(f) perform such other duties as may be
conferred by the respective Board or
Committee.
(2) The Board may appoint such staff as may be
necessary, and may retain the services of independent firms to
service the GRA Secretariat.
(g) by repealing section 15;
(h) by inserting, after Part III, the following new Part –
PART IIIA – DECLARATION OF ASSETS AND
LIABILITIES
