135. Passing off as lottery retailer
Any person who, not being registered as a lottery retailer, whether on his
own account or as an agent, carries on, advertises, announces himself, pretends to act or holds himself out in any way as a lottery retailer shall commit
an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding
500,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years.
