136. Transaction with unlicensed person or non-registered lottery retailer
Any person who transacts any business which is regulated by this Act
with a person who is not licensed, or who is not registered as a lottery retailer, under this Act shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be
liable to a fine not exceeding 50,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term
not exceeding one year.
