3. Establishment of Authority
(1) There is established for the purposes of this Act the Gambling Regulatory Authority which shall be a body corporate.
(2) The Authority shall comprise—
(a) the Office of the Chief Executive; and
(b) the Inspectorate Division, Investigations Division, Internal Audit
Division and such other divisions as the Board may set up.
