37. Display of licence and rules
Every totalisator operator shall, at all times when the premises are open
for its betting activities or for providing facilities in connection with its betting activities, display in a conspicuous place at the premises—
(a) its licence issued under this Act and the conditions of the licence; and

(b) the rules of totalisator betting approved by the Board.
