73. Lottery prize claims
(1) A participant to a lottery who is entitled to a lottery prize may be
required to submit evidence of his entitlement to the Operator, in accordance
with rules made under section 77.
(2) Where the Operator is satisfied that the participant is entitled to the
prize, the Operator shall pay to the participant the amount of the prize.

(3) (a) Where the Operator is not satisfied that a participant is entitled to
the prize claimed, the Operator shall retain the amount of the prize in the Prize
Fund Account, until such time as the participant satisfies the Operator of his
entitlement, or as a Court determines the entitlement of the participant.
(b) Where it is determined that a participant is entitled to the
prize, the Operator shall pay the amount of the prize in accordance with the
determination.
(c) Where it is determined that no person is entitled to a prize, the
Operator shall forthwith pay the amount of the prize into the National Solidarity Fund.
(4) Notwithstanding this section, a claim to a prize in respect of—
(a) an instant-win game made later than 3 months after the date of
closure of that instant-win game; or
(b) any other lottery game made later than 6 months after the draw
of the lottery game to which it relates,
shall not be entertained.
