74. Lottery proceeds
(1) Unless otherwise agreed with the Operator, every lottery retailer who
sells any lottery game tickets shall pay the proceeds that accrue from the
sale of the lottery games into the Prize Fund Account.
(2) Every lottery retailer shall keep all lottery proceeds separate from his
other funds in a separate bank account in a local bank.
