85B. Regulation of video lottery terminals (VLTs)
(1) The Operator shall be issued with a licence authorising it to operate
VLTs on payment of the appropriate prescribed licence fee to the Authority.
(2) The Operator shall operate VLTs in accordance with rules approved
by the Board.
(3) The Operator shall pay such proportion of the net proceeds from
VLTs to the Director-General in accordance with the terms and conditions of
the licence.
