92. Limitation of number of licences
(1) Where the Minister is of opinion that it is necessary in the public
interest to limit the number of licences, he may, by order to the Board, limit
the number of licences which may be issued.
(2) An order under subsection (1) shall be binding for such district, town,
village or other area or for such period as may be specified in the order.
