97A. Obligation to comply with guidelines issued by FIU Every licensee shall comply with the relevant guidelines issued by the FIU under the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act. [S. 97A inserted by s. 10 (j) of Act 26 of 2012 w.e.f. 22 December 2012.]
