98. Surrender of licence
(1) A licensee may surrender his licence at any time before its expiry.
(2) Every licensee who wishes to surrender his licence shall give written
notice of his intention to the Board.

(3) Where a licence is surrendered, no refund of the licence fee shall be
made or compensation paid in respect of the unexpired period of the licence.
