1. Notice of examination (1) If a public examination of the bankrupt is required, the Official Receiver must serve the bankrupt with a notice that states— (a) that the Official Receiver’s statement or the creditor’s resolution has been filed with the Court; (b) that the bankrupt is required to be publicly examined; and (c) the time and place of the examination. (2) At least 7 days before the examination, the Official Receiver must— (a) advertise the examination in the prescribed manner; and (b) send a notice of the examination to each creditor.
