10. Meaning of associate
(1) In paragraph 9, “associate” means any of the following—
(a) the bankrupt’s spouse;
(b) a relative of the bankrupt;
(c) the spouse of a lineal ancestor or descendant of the bankrupt.
(2) In paragraph 9, a company is controlled by the bankrupt if the bankrupt
or his nominee has the power to appoint or remove all the directors of the company or such number of directors as together hold a majority of the voting rights
at meetings of directors of the company.
