26. (1) The debtor or any creditor may give the Official Receiver or liquidator
notice to admit or reject a proof of debt.
(2) If, after 10 working days after receiving the notice, the Official Receiver
or liquidator has not made a decision admitting or rejecting the proof of debt, on
the application of the debtor or the creditor the Court may—
(a) admit or reject the proof; or
(b) make any other order that it thinks appropriate.
