3. Provisions concerning preferential payments to employees
The sum of 30,000 rupees in subparagraph (3) of paragraph 1, or any greater amount that is prescribed on the date of adjudication or the commencement of
the winding up, continues to apply to that adjudication or winding up regardless
of any change to that sum that is prescribed after the date of adjudication or the
commencement of the winding up.
