6. When examination ends
(1) The public examination of a bankrupt ends when the Court makes an
order that the examination is ended.
(2) The Court shall not make an order that the examination is ended unless
it is satisfied that the bankrupt’s conduct, dealings, and property have been sufficiently investigated and that the investigation is finished.
